Introducing Our Amateur Gardener.
Daisy Mae is an enthusiastic amateur gardener who
is passionate about cultivating a beautiful and
sustainable garden. With over 20 years of amateur
experience, she has honed her skills in growing
vegetables, herbs, and flowers in her well-maintained
cottage garden and greenhouses on her two and half
acre small holding
|
Daisy currently lives with her partner,
a stray mouser cat named ‘Garfield’ because
he’ll eat just about anything and is so lazy.
Her Border collie named ‘Rex’. A handful
of chickens, a couple of ducks, a nanny goat and
a few black faced sheep, all in or around her small
cottage on the outskirts of a picturesque country
village in the heart of the English countryside
.

Where she has created her little haven
for plants and sanctuary for wildlife alike. Her dedication
to organic and sustainable practices has earned her
a reputation as an eco-conscious gardener in her local
area, with her love for gardening; it has led her
to become an advocate for local food producing systems
and community gardening initiatives...
As a member of THE CORNER 4 WOMEN,
Daisy has been busy sharing her knowledge and experience
with other like-minded individuals, inspiring them
to create their own gardens and join the movement
towards a more sustainable lifestyle. She is a firm
believer in the power of gardening to promote mental
and physical wellbeing and is committed to sharing
this message with others. In her free time, Daisy
enjoys exploring the local countryside and gathering
inspiration for her next gardening project. She is
also an avid reader and loves to share her favourite
books on gardening and sustainability with her community,
selling her excess produce at her local growers market,
and winning several small awards for her carrots,
tomatoes and runner beans at the village’s annual
Harvest Festival Fate
